Doors open: Saturday, May 16th, 2020: between 20h45 – 02h15. First Trance DJ starts at 21h00. Before 20h45, you are welcome in the restaurant of Hotel Bergse Bossen.

Although the organization checks the legal standards for sound, we ask our visitors to take into account the volume of music that can be heard on site and at the stage. It is wise to wear hearing protection. In addition, Energy of Trance uses light effects that can be dangerous for people with epilepsy or light sensitivity.

Have you lost anything? Please visit the back stage desk. Did you find something? Then hand it in at the back stage desk. After the event, found objects are kept for 1 year. Please contact Energy of Trance organisation.

The minimum age limit to enter to the event is 21. Anybody who turns 21 in 2020, is permitted entrance.

There are no tickets available at the entrance. You can buy them directly online. The link to ticket online.

Yes, it can! Please, set the screen lighting to maximum.

At the entrance of the event you will receive your Bracelet by showing your ticket. The Bracelet is needed to go in and out.

During “Energy of Trance” Event you can only pay with Energy tokens. Energy tokens can be bought at the cash desk.

The Energy Tokens can be paid with pin or cash.

No, so don’t buy too much. Better to buy extra during the event.

The Energy tokens can be bought at the cash desk. The cash desk is open until half an hour before the event ends.

Yes, the hotel and Grand Cafe is very wheelchair friendly.

Yes, there are two disabled parking spaces in front of the main entrance. Let us know if you need a parking space. If we expect more disabled parking space users, we can place extra signs.

Yes, there is a wheelchair friendly toilet. It is in the corridor to the left of the reception (near the Grand Cafe).
You can enter it from the outside (because during the event the connecting door to the hotel is closed. The distance is just as close as via connecting door).

The best way to get there is by car. More info on the Travel page. Using train, then a hotel room is maybe a good option. Special for our “Energy of Trance On Stage!” party people we can offer a special 30% discount. More info on frontpage .

Unfortunately there are no lockers present.

There are multiple toilets at the event location. Use of the toilets is free of charge.
